With SentraCloud, all on-premises communications networking equipment is configured and installed on-site. This includes the routers, switches and endpoints. Full end-to-end testing is performed before cutting the network over. In addition, on-site training of all endpoints is provided with additional remote and local training sessions available as required.
With SentraCloud, all on-premises equipment and connectivity is installed by a PanTerra certified professional installer. This includes bandwidth CPE, routers, switches and any end user devices such as desk phones and conference room phones. All configurations and equipment will be checked for correct operation. Installation dates are coordinated with the customer at their convenience.
Once all on-premises equipment is installed and verified operational, PanTerra's certified installer will provide end-user training for any end points installed, including desk phones and conference room phones. Additional on-site and remote end-user training is also available. Remote training is available via WorldSmart's web meeting services. In addition, there are a number of end-user self paced training videos available.
