SmartBand provides continuous Quality Of Service (QoS) monitoring of all network connections to WorldSmart services so that you can be assured that your communications are operating at optimal quality and efficiency. SmartBand provides "End to End" monitoring of QoS, including within your local corporate networks as well as the connectivity between your company and WorldSmart datacenters. A dedicated QoS monitoring device is installed at each location and provides continuous real-time QoS monitoring and data logging or your local LAN that can be reviewed and analyzed by PanTerra customer engineers. If a QoS issue arises, your dedicated SentraCloud representative can access the SmartBand monitoring device and review all service data relevant to the issue. In many cases, exact event cause can be determined and any corrective action can be initiated immediately, reducing or eliminating any service degradation. Since SmartBand is monitoring all the time, even sudden or unexpected events can be analyzed and addressed.
